Children’s Day Party with World Vision

We surprised the children of the Drăgoeşti commune, within the Ialomița County, and went to visit them with our Alka Duce Dulce van. Together with our friends from the World Vision Foundation we organized an eventful party.

In participation were mostly young children, from kindergarten, but also slightly older primary school students joined in on the fun, creating a trully terrific atmosphere.

Two animators spent time with the children and involved them in various kinds of playful activities: face paintings, interactive games as well as music and dance and ultimately a culinary workshop in which the children had fun decorating our cakes. The event ended with a theatrical play, with a name that best defines the shared feelings from that day – The Story of Joy.

The students recieved various Alka delights and books from the local publishing company Rao, and in return the children gave us new positive energy that could last us for the whole year.

On this day, June 1st, we would like to say Happy Birthday to all the children of the world.
