Job description:
• Request for creation of product codes (at the request of the production department)/change of prices in XRP;
• Update price lists/price offers;
• Update photo portfolio in tablets;
• Preparation of salary files (reporting monthly receipts, DD balance);
• Centralization, update and monitoring of target files;
• Target vs achieved – sales report on different distribution channels;
• Reports on Sales activity;
• Keeping records of commercial contracts; support in requesting SGB and other necessary documents;
• Preparation of sales analysis reports and preparation of forecast report;
• Preparation of situations, reports and analyses of sales activity and elaboration of other types; of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports upon request;
• Monitoring the flow of commercial invoices between departments (sales, logistics, suppliers – accounting);
• Centralization and monitoring of the expired file;
• Monitoring / centralization / preparation of insolvency files.
