• Completed higher education in a related field (chemistry, biology, food industry);
• Previous experience in a similar position;

• Prepares up-to-date documents regarding the quality and safety of products made in the production area;
• Handles non-conformities and establishes corrective measures together with the head of the department;
• Inspects products throughout the manufacturing process and completes the entire range of measurement sheets;
• Checks the compliance of the finished product with the company’s technical specification, corrects and records non-conformities;
• Assists with the reception of raw materials and packaging and checks the accompanying documents regarding their quality; checks the transport conditions;
• Analyzes samples taken upon receipt of raw materials;
• Takes samples of the finished product for analysis according to the self-control plan;
• Checks how to perform the sanitation of spaces and equipment;
• Checks the condition of production spaces, annexes (toilets, changing rooms, dining rooms) and equipment at the start of the activity but also during the activities, notifies the hierarchical boss of the non-conformities that have occurred and records them;
• Checks the integrity and cleanliness of the work equipment of the employees of the sections where they carry out their activity, corrects and records the non-conformities;
