The Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, of which min. 3 years in coordinating technical teams;
• Knowledge of maintenance planning (PM), RCA, TPM; experience with CMMS/EAM is an advantage;
• Intermediate English level (B1–B2) – for technical documentation and interaction with suppliers;
• Intermediate–advanced Excel, e-mail, ERP/CMMS;
• Proactive attitude and solution orientation;
• Decision-making ability under pressure;
• Team spirit and leadership.

Job description:
• Planning and coordinating preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for equipment and utilities;
• Managing the maintenance budget and technical resources;
• Establishing intervention priorities based on the impact on production, safety and quality;
• Coordinating the technical team (mechanics, electricians, engineers) and managing staff development;
• Failure analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective/preventive measures;
• Updating PM plans, work standards and instructions for equipment;
• Spare parts management (minimum stocks, critical parts, replenishment);
• Managing suppliers and service contracts, legal checks and major repairs;
• Monitoring maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, costs, PM percentage);
• Implementing the TPM system (AM, PM, SMED);
• Participation in CAPEX projects and technical integration of new equipment;
• Ensuring compliance with SSM/PSI, LOTO, quality and food industry standards;
• Developing and updating the procedures and instructions of the Technical Department.
