• Execution and monitoring of maintenance of equipment, as well as their peripherals according to the maintenance plans within the department;
• Assembly, disassembly of production equipment subassemblies and ensuring their protection and integrity;
• Reporting any defects that may occur in the operation of equipment or devices, as well as carrying out emergency repairs as soon as possible and reporting the need for components to ensure stock and / or replenishment
• Mechanical adjustment and setting of operating parameters according to the settings sheets;
• Changing format sets between productions of different assortments, making adjustments after installing the format set;
• Ensuring the proper functionality of peripheral devices of production equipment;
• Determining the causes of errors / malfunctions in complex production means with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical components, etc.;
• Checking and supervising during operation of safety elements and auxiliary (peripheral) devices;
• Analysis of the causes of malfunctions, information and collaboration within the department and with the production and quality department and taking all necessary measures, performing repairs, corrections and requesting spare parts necessary to make the correct replacement;
• Performs preventive maintenance and improvement activities on the equipment in the department in order to ensure the quality of the equipment and electronic / technological devices in the production department, in accordance with IFS standards and in order to achieve the planned objectives.
