– Completed higher education;
– Experience in sales of at least 2 years (FMCG is an advantage);
– Experience in coordinating a sales team – at least 1 year;
– Leadership skills, team spirit and results orientation;
– Good planning and organizational skills;
– Good communication and negotiation skills;
– Advanced PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point);
– Driving license category B;
– Availability to travel for work purposes (the assigned area is represented by Vrancea and Buzau counties).

– Develops and updates the plan together with subordinates, efficient coverage of the area;

– Develops the team through feedback and coaching on the field;
– Monitors and efficiently uses allocated resources;
– Leads the annual performance evaluation process for all subordinate sales representatives.
