Coffee espresso machine technician

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate coffee technician to join our team in providing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting services for coffee machines for the HoReCa and office sectors. The technician will be responsible for preparing and installing coffee-specific equipment at customer locations, performing periodic maintenance work and troubleshooting defects in an efficient and professional manner.

• Secondary education or qualification in a relevant field;
• Previous experience in the HoReCa field and/or relevant experience in the installation and maintenance of coffee machines is an advantage, but is NOT mandatory;
• Technical skills and the ability to understand and fix various technical problems;
• Category B driving license and availability to travel to customer locations;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive attitude and orientation towards problem solving;
• Intermediate English skills.

• Installing and preparing specific coffee preparation equipment at customer locations according to their standards and requirements;
• Performing periodic maintenance work to ensure optimal operation of the equipment;
• Identifying and quickly fixing coffee machine defects at customer locations;
• Periodically monitoring the market to identify customer needs and trends and provide appropriate solutions;
• Efficient and professional communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promptly respond to their questions and requests;
• Performing other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager or company management.
