We are hiring a security guard

We are looking for a responsible, alert and communicative person for the position of Security Agent, in a dynamic environment, with diverse interactions.

• High school graduate with Baccalaureate diploma;
• Security certification;
• Previous experience in the field (minimum 2 years);
• Basic knowledge of using a computer;
• Familiar with the use of CCTV systems and basic notions about fire detection systems (advantage);
• English language skills – for efficient communication with foreign employees and TIR drivers (advantage);
• Developed communication skills, firmness in managing unforeseen situations.

• Ensures the security of the facility, the goods and valuables provided for in the security plan, guaranteeing their integrity during the service;

• Allows access to persons and means of transport only based on legal approvals and internal regulations.
• Checks and authorizes access to the facility according to established procedures;
• Performs control of persons and vehicles upon entry and exit from the facility;
• Monitors the buildings and the area surrounding the facility and immediately reports any suspicious event or incident;
• In situations of fire or natural disasters, immediately alerts the responsible persons and takes measures to save lives and limit damage;
• Responds to control telephone calls from the dispatcher or hierarchical superiors;
• Immediately informs the dispatcher in the event of a significant event.

• Flexible and balanced work schedule: The activity is carried out in 12/24 and 12/48 shifts, ensuring an efficient work rhythm and adequate time for rest. During vacation periods, the schedule is temporarily adapted to 12/24 shifts;
